Controls

• arrow keys to steer and boost,
• spacebar to fire
•  hold shift to activate your shield.

I made this game in about 21 hours over the course of a week. This was part of a job application and the prompt was essentially "Make a clone of Asteroids Deluxe". I think it came out pretty well given the amount of features to build and the time frame.

I would have loved to do a few optimizations like implementing object pooling and getting rid of any per-frame allocations and I also would have loved to implement a leaderboard but of course I had to control the scope to get things done on time.
